My Fitness Journey
When you try and transform your life theres always going to be a learning curve.
My fitness journey. And let me tell you that sucked. Its so funny because a week ago i was feeling very much in shape working out 5 days a week with my trainer and enjoying my workouts. We left for miami on thursday and i had set the intention to work out in the fitness center there every day but it just didnt. My fitness journey isnt straightforward and you shouldnt expect yours to be either.
I grew up playing soccer for as long as i can remember. Trying to live life to the fullest. Ive had several people ask me to talk about what i do to stay in shape. Every diet you try that doesnt work and every workout routine that isnt right gets you closer and closer to discovering what choices are right what habits will work and how you will ultimately find balance for.
I open up about my fitness journey and how to start getting disciplined to start working out. I started around 5 years old and. Ive had more ups and downs than i care to remember or admit. Hey guys sorry i havent posted in a while.
My fitness journey has certainly not been a linear one. To be honest i was in funk. My fitness journey will never be a finished series your body changes everyday its a life long commitment to a healthier lifestyle. Due to lifes circumstances i wasnt able to make it to the gym for about a week and a half.
Its just finding what works for you at that moment what makes you happy. My followers on instagram shared with me that they wanted me to speak about fitness. Maybe most importantly the internal changes and struggles have been the most challenging. I do not know who all reads this but if i can just help or inspire one person then thats fulfilling enough to me.
I cant believe i am saying that but it is the truth. Along with it the size of my clothing and the number on the scale has fluctuated tremendously.
